Last year, we were walking through Ikano to get to IKEA when a Mah Sing salesperson approached us. She spoke about a new township being developed in the South of KL. It sounded very intriguing. So, the very next day, we visited the show gallery.
At the end of our tour of the show unit, we were told that there was only one unit left up for grab. We looked around the gallery and noticed a few potential buyers. So, without thinking twice, we booked the last unit.
How crazy was that?
20 months had passed and today was the day we collected the keys (there were so many of them!) and saw our new house for the very first time. We were actually among the early ones.
Mah Sing has done a swell job. The details and finishings are on par with the price tag. We just hope there wouldn't be too many major defects though, which would be a big let-down.
One of the things I personally like is the attention Mah Sing pays on security. The gated housing perimeter fences are equipped with 57 CCTV's and vibration sensors all around, which are wired to the guard house located at the sole entrance/exit.
And hey, there's a clubhouse! Although small, it is equipped with a swimming pool, gym and a party hall. I think it's enough to cater for all 197 houses there.
Overall, we're very happy with how it turns out. We can't wait to remodel it, to make it our home. In shaa Allah, there'll be an actual housewarming party this time.
