Messed-up Tagboard

I was forced to put a sticky tape on my blog (above the shoutbox) to teach visitors how to get the tagboard to display correctly. I received a couple of complaints about the tagboard, but I think I'm just gonna ignore them. Though the tagboard is proven to be seriously slow, I like the clean design of it. That's why I'm "sticking" to it - with the help of a "sticky" tape.
