My wife and I bought a property last May in Seksyen 16, Shah Alam. It's a 2-storey end-lot link house with built up areas of 2,060sq ft. The project is called Alam d'16 and is being developed by Magna Prima Berhad. The construction is expected to finish towards the end of 2013.
By 2013, we reckon our family would be expanding. So, as of now, we are planning to stay in our new home when it's ready. Unless something better comes up.
I know Shah Alam is a little bit far from KL, about 31.5km, but I've never heard of any bad reviews from Shah Alam folks. I think it's a good place to raise a family.
