Today is 'balik kampung' day. We will spend the next 3 days at my parents' house in Gelugor for hari raya.
We left the apartment at about 7:40 AM this morning, had one bathroom stop for about 30 minutes, and reached Penang at about 12 PM. Alhamdulillah.
It was an uneventful drive, except that Daanish refused to sit in his carseat the whole way. The traffic on the North-South Expressway was extremely normal and this was very unexpected because we thought people would've been rushing back to their hometown by now. Slow moving traffic here and there, but very insignificant.
